&#226&#156&#168 Meet Anthony &#226&#156&#168 Anthony is a stunning 7 ½-year-old purebred seal point Himalayan (11lbs) who is ready for a fresh start. He originally came to us after being found wandering outdoors. Thanks to his microchip, we located his owner—but after much thought, she felt it was best to rehome him since he kept slipping out through the doggie door and neighbors were unhappy. Anthony is not happy being in a cage at the shelter, and we know this sweet boy deserves so much more. He is an absolute lovebug—100% lap cat, loves to be held, and will happily follow you from room to room. The perfect home for Anthony will: Be familiar with Himalayan cats and their grooming needs. Be committed to keeping him indoors—whether with extra patience, or by using a safe catio. Ideally, have no other pets, since he seems happiest being the one-and-only. Why indoors only? Outdoor cats face so many risks: Being hit by cars Attacks from wildlife Exposure to diseases Even pet-napping Anthony longs for a person to snuggle with and a cozy lap to call his own.
