My story
Brownie arrived at Animal Lifeline with his sister, Bear Paw. He is a shy guy that enjoys a nice quiet environment. Brownie will need an experienced cat owner, as he is FIV+ and has been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). This is a life-long heart condition that is managed with daily medications, and will need continued periodic check-ups and monitoring by a veterinarian.
