My story

Meet Frederick! This sweet boy’s story could’ve ended so differently—he was found on the shoulder of a busy highway, covered in fleas and ticks, hungry, and in need of help. Fate stepped in when a rescuer drove by and stopped to save him. From the very start, Frederick has shown nothing but gratitude and love, patiently letting us clean him up and showing us what a gentle soul he is. Now, Frederick is thriving and ready for his forever home! He’s a happy, playful pup who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even does well with cats (though he wishes they were as excited to play as he is!). He sleeps through the night in his crate and is learning his manners, like sitting nicely for treats. Frederick loves tug of war and always greets the morning by grabbing a toy first thing out of his crate—it’s his way of saying “let’s play!” With his sweet nature, playful energy, and eagerness to learn, we’re confident he’d be a fantastic family companion, including in a home with kids. Frederick is ready to share his joy, toys, and cuddles with a family who will love him forever. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
