Meet Celine 1 yr | Female | 8.5kg (18.7 lbs) | 33 cm (13 in) tall |Spayed | Mixed Breed Rescue Story   Celine was found on a rural road on November 21, 2023 and taken to a city shelter. She was saved just in time from euthanasia and has been waiting patiently for her forever family ever since.     Personality & Temperament   Celine is a gentle, intelligent, and affectionate girl with a calm, low-energy vibe. • A little shy at first, but quickly warms up — especially if you have treats! • Very good with children under 13 and allows gentle handling. • Tolerates being picked up (from chest and belly). • Prefers calm dogs and avoids conflicts, even when provoked. • Lived with a cat for 1 month and ignores cats even on walks — stays focused on her human. • Loves to quietly follow family members around the house and snuggle close when resting. • Enjoys indoor playtime like fetch and gets super excited during play sessions. • Has a smart and sensitive personality — she quickly learns routines (like sleeping independently in the living room after being taught). • Will ONLY bark to ask for what she wants or to alert when she sees strangers, but settles once reassured.   ‍ Activity & Training • Calm and relaxed — loves to nap and watch the world go by. • During walks, she takes her time sniffing, stopping often to explore scents. • Knows how to get in and out of the car on her own and sits nicely in her car seat. • Mostly house-trained, prefers to potty outdoors.   Ideal Home   Celine would thrive in a loving, peaceful home where she can stay close to her humans.
