My story

This smart, athletic girl is ready for her next big adventure. Meatball loves hikes and freedom to explore, and gets along well with other dogs. She’s shy with new people but, once she trusts you, she’s a world-class snuggler and belly-rub enthusiast. Meatball is well behaved and responsive. She walks beautifully both on and off leash and knows basic commands, like sit, stay, and paw. She’s eager to please, and picks up new skills quickly. She is gentle and tolerant with kids but she would prefer a non-kid-centric home where she’s the center of attention—and maybe gets more than just dry kibble. Up to date on all shots, spayed, and healthy, Meatball is ready to be your loyal adventure buddy and cuddle companion. IBR requires landlord permission for renters and a yard check for all puppies. We do not adopt out siblings. Please allow volunteers a few days to look over applications. An adoption fee applies. Volunteers will CALL if your application is selected for a phone interview.
