My story

PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Chico is urgent!! 9 year old tiny Chico was adopted from us a couple of years ago, after his human passed away. He is now available for adoption again. He has not done well with the other dogs in his adoptive home. Chico is adorable and would do best in a quiet, only pet home. He is a long haired chihuahua and weighs less than 10 lbs. Chico lived with another dog in his original home, but he wants to be your one and only. His owner said-“He is mostly house trained and uses puppy pads, occasionally he tries to mark his territory. Loved being adored and is perfect if the only one receiving attention.” He is located in PA and needs a new home asap. We can likely get him to the northeast or back to AR. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
