At just 1½ years old and 10 pounds, Tabby is a scruffy little terrier mix—possibly with a touch of Schnauzer or Yorkie—that gives her an irresistibly expressive face and tons of charm. Tabby is the perfect blend of playful sass and heartfelt affection. One minute she’s making you laugh with her spirited antics, and the next she’s curling up to steal your heart. She’s a talkative girl who loves sleeping beside her person, proudly claims her favorite rug, and keeps her treasured toys close at all times. Playtime is her favorite pastime—especially with another friendly dog—which is why her ideal home includes a playful canine companion and a securely fenced yard for zoomies, wrestling, and chasing games. Once she’s had her fun, Tabby happily settles in as a devoted cuddle bug who loves lap time. She may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, Tabby quickly blossoms into a loyal, affectionate companion. She is housebroken, walks nicely on leash, and has done well with the children she’s met, though a home with older, gentle kids would be best. Her experience with cats is unknown. While Tabby is still learning her basic commands, she’s smart, food-motivated, and eager to please—making her a great candidate for continued training. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
