My story

Age: 10 months,65lbs Lab/Golden Retriever/Aussie mix Kids of all ages Penny is currently looking for a Foster-to-Adopt family! Lab Rescue will cover her spay and vaccines, and her foster family will have full support while she settles in and continues to grow into the wonderful dog she’s meant to be. Penny is a young, joyful, and affectionate girl who’s full of life and love! She can be a little shy and submissive at first, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and playful personality shines through. She’s gentle, wiggly, and always ready for fun — whether that’s running in the yard, splashing in the water, or playing with her dog friends. This happy pup loves everyone she meets, including kids of all ages, and she gets along well with other dogs. She’s friendly with cats but may chase them for fun. Penny is still learning her leash manners and basic commands, but she’s eager to please and food-motivated, which makes her a quick learner. Penny enjoys being near her people and is happiest when she’s part of the family action. After a good play session, she’s ready for snuggles and nap time.
