My story

Meet Reagan! 🐾💛 Reagan is a happy, energetic pup with a big heart and even bigger personality! This playful boy was originally named Pikachu when he came to Pima Animal Care Center before finding his way to us — and just like his namesake, he’s full of spark and loves to zoom around with joy. Reagan is crate trained (though he may whine a little at first) and partially potty trained — with a consistent routine, he’ll catch on quickly. He’s an affectionate and cuddly companion who loves being petted, and he’s especially thrilled to meet new people and kids. Reagan’s energy level makes him a great match for an active family who enjoys playtime, walks, and adventures. He’s a great traveler in the car, especially when safely secured in a car seat, and he’s learning leash manners (he’s just so excited to explore!). Reagan does best with other high-energy dogs who can keep up with his playful spirit. Reagan came from an apartment setting, which wasn’t quite the right fit for him — he’d love a home with a yard where he can run, play, and soak up the sunshine. He’s currently eating Hill’s Science Diet Small Bites and enjoys mealtime at a slow, steady pace.
