My story

Hi, I’m Korah! I'm a 3 year old female, long haired German Shepherd. You may have seen my story recently on the RCHS page, and the news! (I know, I'm a little famous.) I am happy to announce that I'm READY for my forever and ever home! Here’s a couple notes about me that my foster mom said: 1. I really like to play, like, a lot. Fetch is my best game. Squeaky toys? Count me in. I have to have tough toys though, I really like to get the squeakers out. My mom says I need a semi-active home to live my best life. 2. Sometimes new animal friends can be scary to me at first, and sometimes I need to meet them once or twice to see if I like them. I really prefer friends my own size. Much smaller than me really look like the toys I play with and I get a little confused. I like the cats in my foster home, but it took me several months to get used to them. I would love to have a doggy friend to play with at my new home. 3. Small children (under the age of 10) are scary to me. I just don’t understand why they’re so small. I would prefer a home with no young children. 4. My foster mom says I'm a quick learner, loyal, and a BIG snuggle bug. I love to be loved on! 5. Due to my past history and allergies, I do require a special diet and medicine to make me not itchy and comfortable. If you think I could be a good fit for your home, please consider me!
