Bruno

My story

Bruno is a beautiful chocolate lab (likely mixed but never tested her). She's a wonderful, almost 5-year-old dog... and yes, she. Bruno was named before we met her, and we never changed it. We've had her since she was about 3 months old. She's always been extremely sweet, gentle, loving, and playful. She's healthy, obedient, and trustworthy. She LOVES cuddles and PLAY. Bruno never barks at other dogs (even when they bark and growl at her) and never at people. She will bark at noises on the other side of a closed door. She is obedient off-leash and will not attempt to run into the street. She never gets into trash or destroys items (other than dog beds). Sadly, we can no longer give her what she deserves. My elderly father is ill, and I now have a lot of added responsibility for his care. I am also facing some health issues of my own and financial challenges, and add to that, there is a greater need to be away from home. She needs a family with more time and means to care for her.
