My story

Surprise! You have a new kitty! While we don't recommend getting any animal as a surprise for someone, you can plan ahead and still get a Surprise by adopting this cutie! Surprise originally came into foster care after being rescued from euthanasia at Chicago Animal Care and Control. She was just a small fry at that point and needed a few weeks to grow big enough to be adopted, but now is finally the time! Surprise is spunky, playful, and loves to chat with you, especially when you have wet food for her. Surprise's favorite activity is playing soccer with jingly ball toys, but she also loves wand toys and wrestling with other kitty pals. She also adores a snuggle close to your chest and a few head kisses to remind her that she's just a baby.  Given Surprise is a young and playful girl, she requires at least one other cat friend in her forever home. Surprise is currently fostered with another kitten named Screech, and could be adopted alongside her if you don't already have a resident cat. Surprise hasn't yet met any dogs or children, but with appropriate introductions, we think she would do well in a variety of households. Surprise is truly the sweetest little kitty, we know she will bring all the fun and energy of a surprise party to your home daily! Please apply to adopt Surprise today!
