My story

Max is a young male Lab/Hound mix, born around August 2025, and he has truly grown into a wonderful all-around pup. He’s the perfect balance of playful and chill — happy to romp around with other dogs and just as content to curl up afterward for some quality snuggle time. When Max first came to his foster home, he was a bit unsure around people and preferred the company of other dogs. With patience and love, he’s really blossomed! Now he greets his people with full-body wiggles and a wagging tail, and he happily seeks out affection and cuddles. Watching his confidence grow has been such a joy. Max is doing fantastic with his manners and is considered house trained — no accidents in the house for over three weeks! He sleeps peacefully in his crate at night and when his humans are away, making him an easy fit for a variety of households. He’s a smart, eager-to-learn pup who has already made great progress with training and will continue to thrive with consistency and positive reinforcement. Max will thrive in a home with another social dog.  If you’re looking for a loving, well-behaved puppy with a gentle heart and a playful spirit, Max might just be your perfect match. The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
