My story

Meet Chipwich & Drumstick, a bonded sibling duo who have been together since the moment they opened their eyes—and who shine brightest when they’re side by side. At just 1 year old, these two have already been through quite a journey. When they first arrived at the shelter, they were shy, unsure, and kept mostly to themselves. Months later, they’ve blossomed into some of the most outgoing, affectionate, and downright delightful cats in the entire building. Staff adore them, volunteers gush over them, and so many cats who have met them have fallen in love with them. While they’re not quite lap cats, they are affectionate, social, and genuinely enjoy spending time with their humans. Chipwich, the orange tabby brother, is playful, goofy, and full of charm. Drumstick, the gray tabby sister, is sweet, spirited, and just as loving. Together, they’re unstoppable—zooming around the room, chasing toys, seeking out pets, and greeting every new cat like an old friend. These two are extremely cat-friendly and LOVE other cats. With proper, thoughtful introductions, they would likely do well with a friendly, cat-savvy dog too. Chipwich and Drumstick would thrive in a home that appreciates their playful energy, growing confidence, and loving companionship—twice the love in one perfect package. 🐾💛 They are inseparable, deeply bonded, and truly extraordinary. After months of waiting, we’re hoping these two stars finally find the perfect forever home where they can keep shining—together. Chipwich and Drumstick are fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. They need to go home in a carrier, so please bring one with you for when you fall in love! Cardboard carriers are also available to purchase for $10.
