My story

Hello, my name is Tonka Alexander Purrivaldi, a 5-month-old American Shorthair mix boy who seems to have wandered out of a fairytale and into foster care. With my round, moon-soft face, luminous green eyes, and fur as gentle as a whispered spell, I was clearly made for comfort and closeness. I’m rarely far from my people—I believe companionship is a kind of magic, and I practice it daily. They call me the World’s Best Super Snuggle Muffin, a title I earned by mastering the ancient art of curling perfectly into your arms while my purr motor hums like a charm. My name, Tonka, comes from a brave chapter in my story. As a homeless kitten, I survived a serious arm injury and emerged stronger, softer, and full of trust. That wound has long since healed, but it left behind a quiet courage and an especially tender heart. I get along beautifully with other cats and would happily become a familiar spirit to your resident kitty.
