My story

Meet Maggie. Maggie is a sweet, well-mannered girl with a gentle and affectionate nature. She is friendly, easygoing, and dignified, with just the right balance of calm companionship and playful curiosity. Maggie is athletic and enjoys being active, but she also knows how to relax and take things at an easy pace. She does wonderfully with others and gets along well with dogs, cats, and children of all ages. Maggie is housetrained, smart, and eager to please. She can be a little timid when meeting new people or in unfamiliar surroundings, but with patience and kindness she quickly warms up and shows her loving personality. Maggie would thrive in a home that offers reassurance, routine, and affection. In return, she will be a loyal, gentle, and loving companion who fits beautifully into just about any family. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted.
