My story

One of the Lucky Ones! In many cities, perfectly wonderful pets are often found wandering or surrendered through no fault of their own. My heart strings get pulled tight every time I see a date on a shelter list implying a "furbaby" might be euthanized simply due to overpopulation. Those are the nights I can’t sleep—knowing I have the space and the heart to help. I’ve always had a massive sweet spot for the "bully" breeds—Bulldogs, Frenchies, Olde English, and Pits—so they often find their temporary sanctuary with me. There is nothing more rewarding than taking a dog in, getting them vet-checked, vaccinated, and neutered, and then having the absolute blessing of hand-picking their perfect forever family. Bubby is one of those lucky success stories! Meet Bubby, a 10-month-old bundle of joy who is ready to find his forever teammates! Bubby is the perfect mix of puppy energy and "best friend" loyalty. If you’re looking for a dog who greets every day with a wagging tail and a goofy grin, he’s your guy. Why You’ll Love Bubby: Life of the Party: Bubby is incredibly adventurous and outgoing. He loves meeting new people and is always the first one ready for a hike, a walk in the park, or a backyard game of fetch. A "Straight A" Student: He is extremely food-motivated, which makes training a breeze! He’s already showing off how clever and curious he is—he’ll do just about anything for a tasty treat. The Ultimate Companion: While he’s playful and athletic, Bubby also has a wonderful affectionate side. After a day of exploring, he’s more than happy to lean in for some head scratches and show you his snuggly side. Social Butterfly: He’s good with other dogs and kids, making him a fantastic fit for an active family looking to add a little more love (and a lot more fun) to their home. Health & Wellness: Bubby is all set and ready to move in!
