My story
Jolene Adelaide Younger was born on August 17, 2024, and is a sweet, playful, and loving one-year-old dog I adopted from the BARCS shelter in August. She is smart, affectionate, and enjoys being around people. Jolene has a fun, active personality — she gets the zoomies, loves to play fetch and tug, and enjoys interactive play that keeps her engaged. She does especially well when she has space and activities to stimulate her and would thrive in a home with a nice big backyard or with someone who enjoys being active and playing with their dog regularly. Jolene brings a lot of joy and energy, and she deserves a home where she can continue to grow, play, and be fully cared for. Due to changes in my personal circumstances, I am no longer able to provide the level of care she deserves on my own, so my goal is to find her a loving, stable, and responsible home where she can truly thrive.
