My story

Looking for a sweet, snuggly companion? Jasper may just be your guy! Jasper is a 3-year-old young adult who has been with us since he was 3 months old. He’s affectionate, loyal, and happiest lounging nearby or cuddling on the couch. He can be shy at first with new people but warms up quickly and becomes very loving. He’s not much of a barker — unless he sees a dog on TV! Jasper lives with two other dogs and does well most of the time, but he would thrive as an only dog. He can be protective of high-value items like toys or favorite spots. He has spent a lot of time around our 5- and 7-year-old grandkids and is wonderful with them. He tends to feel unsure around toddlers and will simply remove himself from the situation, so a home with older children (or adults) would be the best fit. Jasper is a sensitive, devoted dog who will bond deeply with the right person(s).
