My story

LuLu is a smart, medium-energy girl who thrives when she knows her people are hers. At this time, we’re looking for a forever home where she can be the only pet — no cats and no other dogs — while she continues to grow and build confidence. She bonds deeply with her humans and genuinely enjoys being part of whatever you’re doing. She loves interactive play, especially when toys are involved. She’ll happily chew, toss, and entertain herself, but her favorite kind of play is with her people. One of the best things about LuLu? Her signature “LuLu wiggle.” When she’s happy (which is often), her whole body joins in. It’s not just a tail wag, it’s a full celebration. She’s food motivated and very intelligent, which makes training both productive and fun. She picks up on new things quickly and walks well on a leash. She’s crate trained, potty trained, and understands routine. LuLu also has a calm side that balances her playful nature. She enjoys curling up on the couch for a quiet night in, and she’s an excellent binge-watch companion. On car rides, she looks out the window before curling up and falling asleep. LuLu is looking for stability, consistency, and someone who wants a loyal, engaging, affectionate companion.
