Deo

My story

Deo is so sweet, and we wish we could keep him! We are fostering him because his owner just wasn't ready for the responsibility, and we also aren't in a place to keep a dog as a forever pet. He is still very much a puppy (under a year old), so expect lots of energy and a desire to play fetch nonstop. He's kennel trained and house trained, but could use some work on yard training (sometimes the puppy energy comes out). He's been socialized with other dogs his whole life, so he should be able to fit well into any existing situation. We are getting him up to date on shots this week. He is not yet fixed, but the vet recommended it within the next few months. The main thing we've seen with Deo is how smart he is; he already understands commands like sit, stay, and kennel without much dedicated training. He also knows not to jump up on people, though he desperately wants to. :) We are really hoping to find a loving forever home for him so please let us know if that might be you!
