My story

Niagra is a beautiful little house panther with velvety-soft black fur, a dainty white locket on her throat, and a personality that’s impossible not to love. Born around August 2025, she has blossomed into a sweet and affectionate young cat who is ready to find a family of her own. Niagra shares a special bond with her brother, Nibbles, and they are looking for a home together. They spend their days playing, exploring, and keeping each other company, and their friendship has helped both of them grow into confident, happy cats. Niagra loves to use her voice and isn’t shy about letting her people know when she wants attention. Once the petting starts, she turns into a puddle of happy kitty and absolutely melts under gentle affection. One of her favorite ways to ask for love is by rolling onto her back and showing off the secret white patch on her belly. She enjoys interactive play, chasing reflected light, and spending time with the other cats in her foster home, where she has become a fully integrated member of the family. While Niagra can be cautious in new situations, she has come a long way and thrives in a home environment. She may be a little reluctant about being picked up, but she tolerates it well and continues to build confidence every day. Like many rescued cats, she will need some patience as she settles into a new home, but once she feels safe, her loving personality shines. Niagra and Nibbles are looking for a calm, loving home that will give them time to adjust and continue their journey together. Their future family will be rewarded with two devoted companions who have already learned how wonderful it is to be part of a family. All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $85 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $150 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply! All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County, IL.. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
