My story

Meet Gacella! Gazzie is a beautiful, chinchilla-soft, medium hair, gray tabby. She’s six years old, spayed, and chipped. Her favorite pastime is curling up on a lap and receiving love, especially if there’s a fuzzy blanket that she can “nurse” involved! If a lap isn’t available, she will most likely be found basking in the nearest sunbeam. She’s also been known to play an occasional game of fetch with a wadded up index card (a favorite toy). She came home to live with us from a pet store adoption day when she was 8 weeks old. She immediately took to her new 3-year-older brother who was already a resident. If she wasn’t snuggled up with me, she was snuggled up with him. Sadly, he passed in October of last year. He was her rock. Her grief was palpable. Her life further changed at the beginning of this year when my 2yo and I had to leave the only home she’d ever known to escape a bad situation. Now living with a dog it is very scary with her and I have no choice but to rehome her for her safety. She’s such a sweet, affectionate little girl, with so much love to give. So for her sake I’m asking, if you have room in your heart for her, I know she will repay you ten fold with all the devotion in hers ❤️ Lacy 805-602-8337
