Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ☕🐾 Meet Earl Gray — aka “Eggy,” the Tiny Cup of Puppy Energy 🐾☕ Male • ~3–4 Months Old • Heeler Mix • Professional Explorer in Training Introducing Earl Gray, affectionately known as Eggy — a brave little pup who almost ran out of time at a crowded shelter, but thankfully someone noticed that this sweet boy still had a whole lifetime of puppy shenanigans left to deliver. Thankfully, he is now safe — and ready to show the world just how much love can fit inside one small, wiggly puppy. And trust us… Eggy is delivering. This floppy, curious little guy is the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and just a little bit goofy. The world is brand new to him, and he is determined to check out every single corner of it. Stick on the ground? Investigation required. Toy on the floor? Immediate wrestling match. Another dog nearby? Time for professional-level playtime. Eggy absolutely loves other dogs and has a very sweet, gentle personality around them. He’s more of the polite “hey, wanna play?” type than the bossy type, which makes him an awesome future buddy for another pup. If there’s a dog around willing to wrestle, chase, or participate in a backyard zoomie session, Eggy is happily clocking in for duty. And because he’s part Heeler, there’s a smart little brain working overtime in that adorable head of his. The good news? Eggy is very food motivated, which means training is basically a fun game to him. Bring snacks and he’s ready to learn the world. He’s already doing great with crate training and potty training, and his crate has become his cozy little “Eggy headquarters” where he can relax and recharge after a long day of puppy adventures. Now let’s talk about the most important part of puppy life: shenanigans. Life with Eggy will likely include: • Zoomies that appear out of nowhere • Dramatic toy battles • Random puppy flops when he’s suddenly tired • Curious investigations of absolutely everything • And a whole lot of happy tail wags Despite his rough start, Eggy has a brave and loving little heart that just needs a family to keep helping him grow and gain confidence.
