Spilly

My story

Spilly is a sweet senior boy who loves attention and being close to his people. He is a true cuddler and happiest sitting on a lap or tucked under a blanket for a cozy nap. He does very well with adults and is affectionate, gentle, and loving once he feels comfortable. We are making the difficult decision to rehome Spilly because our household is very busy and, with young children, we do not feel we can give him the calm environment and one-on-one attention he deserves in this stage of his life. He is timid around children under 10, so we believe he would do best in a quieter home with adults or older kids who can respect his space. Ideally, we would love to rehome Spilly with our other dog, Wesley, since they are bonded and bringing them home together would help make the transition easier for him. We are looking for a loving home where he can feel safe, be spoiled with attention, and enjoy lots of cuddles and companionship.
