My story

Rooney is a 3 year old tortie with a one of a kind look and an even sweeter personality. With just four teeth and her tongue almost always peeking out, she has a permanently endearing, slightly goofy expression that’s hard to forget. She is confident, affectionate, and thrives on attention. Rooney loves to stay close, leaning into pets, curling up beside you, and making herself right at home in your daily routine. Rooney is cat friendly and does well with other cats. She is also FIV+, which means she will need to live indoors, but she can absolutely share her home with feline companions. She loves treats, is easy to engage with, and brings a calm but connected presence to the home. Rooney also has an autoimmune skin condition that requires regular medication to keep her comfortable and healthy. She is a wonderful mix of companionship and personality, and will quickly become a steady, loving part of someone’s life.
