My story

Meet Rocky and Mimi! Two peas in a pod looking to go on their next adventure together! This 18.2-pound black-and-white sweetheart is as charming as he is lovable. Rocky enjoys going for walks, playing with his favorite toys, and settling in with a good bone to chew. He’s an active and playful pup who brings a cheerful energy wherever he goes.Rocky is also incredibly gentle and affectionate. He loves being close to his people and is especially joyful and welcoming when his owner comes home- his happy greetings are one of his best traits! With his loving nature and eager to please personality, Rocky is sure to become a devoted companion.If you`re looking for a sweet, fun, and loyal little dog, Rocky might be the perfect match.These two are a bonded pair who can’t imagine life without each other, so they’ll need to be adopted together. To help make that happen, only one adoption fee applies!This pet is eligible for an Adoption Audition! What is an Adoption Audition? It’s a 5-day, no-strings-attached, trial adoption period. You can take this pet home to try it out! Interested? Come to the shelter any time during open hours and talk to one of our Customer Care staff!If you`d like to meet our available pets, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Fairfax Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours!
