My story

Pirate's Booty is a 5-year-old female Pit Bull with a big personality and an even bigger love for her people. She was found as a stray, but she's proven to be a polite, affectionate girl who's ready to settle into a home of her own.This wiggly sweetheart is all about the booty scratches-once you start, she'll happily lean in and soak up the attention! She's generally well-mannered and not overly jumpy, making her a pleasant companion to spend time with. At this time, Pirate's Booty would do best as the only dog in the home, as she can be dominant and avoidant with other dogs. She is recommended for a home with children ages 10 and up due to food guarding, and will need a family that understands how to manage and respect those boundaries.Pirate's Booty is looking for a home that appreciates her sweet, silly nature and can provide structure, understanding, and lots of love (and scratches!).
