Chester

My story

Chester is 13 years old. I rescued him as a kitten from my backyard where he was feral. Over the course of several months, I slowly tamed him and gained his trust. I remember the first time he started to purr — that’s when I knew I had truly tamed him. Since then, he has been very loving, friendly, and a wonderful companion. He had a brother who passed away two years ago, and since then he has been a bit lonely. He is a calm, older cat who mostly likes to sleep, relax, and keep you company. He is very low maintenance and well behaved. Unfortunately, I have to find him a new home because my new landlord does not allow pets. He has a family that loves him very much and this is not an easy decision for us. We want him to go to a loving, comfortable home where he can live peacefully and be cared for the way he deserves. I would describe him as loving, gentle, calm, quiet, friendly, and low-maintenance. He would do best in a quiet home where he can relax and be someone’s companion.
