My story

Looking for a really sweet, medium-sized dog? Well my name is Tessa and may just be the perfect choice for you. I have an ultra-soft tan coat and a face that is sure to melt your heart. I can be a little timid when meeting new people, but it doesn't take long before I warm up. And when I do, you will have a friend for life. You just need to go slow with me and let me get to know you at my own pace. I am currently in foster and living with another dog and we get along great. Being with a furry friend has really helped to build my confidence. I would love a canine companion in my new home! I am just under two years old and am a really nice size at 31 pounds. I would fit in nicely with a variety of families.
