My story

Toothpaste the Timid Sweetheart! Don’t let the name fool you—Toothpaste is all soft sweetness and gentle charm! This shy boy may take a little time to come out of his shell, but underneath that timid exterior is a loving kitty just waiting to feel safe and settled. With patience and a calm environment, you’ll start to see his quiet affection and tender personality shine through. Toothpaste is looking for a peaceful, quiet home where he can adjust at his own pace. He’d really love to have a feline friend around—especially his brother Tylenol—or another calm cat to keep him company. He may do well with mature kids who understand boundaries, but we’re not sure how he feels about dogs yet. Give him lots of cozy hiding spots, soft beds, and high perches to watch the world from above, and he’ll slowly but surely blossom into a devoted companion. Behavior and personality assessment is based on information provided by previous owner(s) and/or observations in a shelter environment and may not accurately reflect the pet’s behavior in your home.
