Samba

My story

Have had samba for over 12 years. She's a beautiful brown cat but has intense attachment issues. Have had her since a baby. Is very insecure and meows high pitched alot. She is declawed as when a child would rip up carpets down to the concrete in multiple homes despite tons and different types of scratching posts. These behaviorial issues existed before th declawing. Attempted to get another cat years back hoping it would help with the needy, high anxiety, constant talking and hissing but hasn't improved. Have tried gabapentin twice a day , it helps but still the moment wears off back to same stuff. Have tried room isolation at night but she simply meows loud a large part of the night. At this point in my life journey and her we've decided it best she find a new home with an experience cat owner. Will likely need a one cat owner only who can take care of cat with anxiety attachment needs.
