Meet Monkey – the ultimate little snuggle bug! If you’ve been dreaming of a tiny best friend who wants nothing more than to love you, Monkey might just be your perfect match. This adorable Yorkie boy is estimated to be between 4 and 5 years old and has absolutely mastered the art of cuddling. Monkey’s favorite thing in the world? your lap. He loves belly rubs, being held like a baby, and will happily sleep the day away curled up in your arms if you let him. His dream life is simple: all the snuggles, all day long. But he’s also your loyal little shadow. If you’re up moving around the house, Monkey is right there by your side, following along and keeping you company every step of the way. He bonds closely with his person and loves being wherever the love is. He also has a playful side! Monkey loves his stuffed toys, enjoys running around the yard, and has done well with other dogs. He currently spends time with his buddy Jax and they do great together, and he also did well with dogs while here at the shelter. The best part? Monkey perfectly matches your pace. Want a lazy couch day? He’s all in. Want to be up around the house or outside enjoying the yard? He’s happy to join. He’s not high activity—he simply adjusts to your lifestyle and just wants to be with his people.
