Chatter is a super sweet cat, very talkative, likes to eat so watch his weight. Super fun, will lay with you for hours. This is a human needing cat. Not scared of small dogs, or other cats, but can be a bit of a bully toward any animals already in the home. Okay as indoor outdoor cat.
