Otis

My story

We've had Otis for 11 Years. He is 12 years old. In the beginning, it wasn't too bad, although, we believe he had some behavioral issues from the previous owner. My son had brought him to us from a friend of his. From the beginning we saw how he would get spooked when you picked a broom to sweep, or by the sound of a vacuum cleaner. The first few years weren't all bad. I was able to periodically walk him, and he would play in the back yard. However, as my wife and I got older, it got harder and harder for us to care for him like we should be able to do. It's been even harder since I retired and am not as secure financially. We have been able, at the least to keep his rabies shots up to date (Good through March 2027), but his health is starting to deteriorate, like deformed toenails, not eating properly, plus I am trying different means for flea control, as I can't get him out to the vet anymore. Right now, he just mostly lays around. Hopefully, there's someone who can help
