My story
Maple is a ~5 year old shorthair I got in Maine. She’s shy but will warm up with time and enjoys cuddles, especially when going to bed. She lets me trim her nails and I’ve bathed her a few times without trouble - no hissing, scratching, or biting. I got her when I was in an apartment but have since moved to suburbs where I let her out in the backyard under supervision to wander. She’s too afraid to run off - definitely an indoor cat. She gets along great with my 1yr old and okay with other cats but not as great with my pup which is why I’m looking to re-home her. She uses an automatic litter box that is included with the adoption fee, along with any extra litter or food.
