My story

Hi there! I’m Zane 🐾 I’m a friendly Pit Bull Terrier who heard Heartland is the place to find a forever family—so here I am, ready to meet you! I’m a happy, social guy who loves people of all ages. I’ll admit, I can be a little shy when we first meet, but give me just a little time and I’ll be your best buddy in no time. Once I warm up, I’m all about hanging out with my humans—whether that’s playtime, relaxing, or just being by your side. I’ve lived with both younger and older kids before, and I’m proud to say I’m kid-friendly! I also get along well with other dogs and enjoy having playmates. Cats? Well… I haven’t met one yet, so that’s still a mystery! I’m currently working on my house training. I’ve made some progress, but I’ll need a patient and understanding family to help me keep learning and growing—I promise I’m trying my best!
