My story

Hi, I’m Leia, and I’m ready for a forever family! I’m around 2-3 years old and my fosters rescued me from a shelter. Because of that, I don’t really get along with my foster sister pup, who is too boisterous for me. I think I will do much better as an only dog, but I’ve been great with all of the humans I’ve met. I love to play (I run after a ball, but don’t bring it back yet), and I can be silly sometimes. My foster mama says I have a sweet, loving nature. She also says I’m a beautiful girl with a wonderful smile and soulful eyes, and I deserve the right family so that I can thrive and live my best life. I love the outdoors, treats, toys, and walks. I am also a “velcro” dog, and love to be around my people. I went through a boot camp training program, so I have a great start on good manners. I am potty and crate trained and can be left alone without crating. My foster family loves me very much, and they say I’d be a wonderful addition to the right family. Could that be you?
