My story

Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Litter of 9 transferred from Fresca Fund in TX. 5 females, 4 males, 12 weeks old at the time of intake. Mom to the litter was adopted in Texas. From the foster: You know how they say “Nothing good happens after midnight?” Well, they’re wrong! After you adopt Midnight all good things will happen! This pup is a roly poly ball of joy. She’s a brave little explorer with tons of curiosity about everything. Things that would give most puppies pause she approaches head-on. Bath time? She tried to climb into the tub on her own. (She does love water and will try to swim in her water bowl.) Leash walk? After a few head tosses she realized leash means adventure. A woman approaching quickly in a wheelchair? She stood still, tail wagging waiting for pets. Midnight loves kids and kid games. She was up for anything the foster’s 5-year-old grandson and his friends wanted to do. She just wanted to be part of the gang. She was great with the noisy, boisterous kids, and she approached the more timid ones with care. While she’s energetic and playful she’s also happy to spend quiet time with lap naps and snuggles. She’s working on house training and making good progress. She’s sleeps through the night in her crate without accidents. She’s also doing better during the day with consistent outdoor potty breaks. Midnight would thrive in a family who wants a sweet, fun loving dog to go everywhere and do everything with them. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
