My story

Nero 's Story Nero is a 3-year-old black-and-white tuxedo gentleman with a story of resilience. Found as a stray, he spent much of his early life navigating the challenges of the streets, and it shows in his soulful eyes. Despite his tough past, Nero has a gentle, loving spirit and is clearly relieved to have traded alleyways for cozy indoor living. Along the way, Nero contracted FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which means his immune system needs a little extra support. Because of this, he’ll do best as the only cat in the home or with another FIV-positive feline companion. With proper care, FIV+ cats like Nero can live long, happy, and fulfilling lives. Now safe and cared for, Nero is blossoming into the affectionate companion he was always meant to be. He’s ready to leave his outdoor struggles behind for good and is looking for a calm, caring home where he can finally relax, feel secure, and be loved.
