My story
Cooper is a Purebred Maine Coon originally from Russia. Got from a local breeder at about 6 months old. He is about 7 years old; neutered and with claws intact. Need to rehome due to owner moving out of state & traveling a lot for work. Has been in 1 pet household with 1 child his whole life; not sure how he would get along with other pets. He does have gingivitis/stomatitis (common in this breed) and has had 2 teeth extracted. Also, occasionally gets episodes of asthma which presents as heavy breathing and wheezing which lasts a day or two. Given over the counter allergy medicine to help when this happens. This only happens a few times a year. He is a beautiful cat and has been well taken care of. Not a "lap cat" but doesn't like to be alone for long periods of time; gets needy for attention at times.
