Posie

My story

Miss Posie is a super sweet 2 1/2-month old black lab mix, 16.4 lbs, in good health and has had her first round of vaccines and flea/tick/heartworn treatment. I found her on the road at my mother's house one week ago and now my mother is in the hospital and will need my focus. So, I need pretty immediate help. Posie is such a little sweetheart and will make someone a very loving companion. She is a lap dog, loves to be held, and very affectionate. She is not aggressive with my cat, who is slowly adjusting to puppy energy in the house. She is not a barker. I let her out into my fenced-in yard while I work and she quietly sleeps and plays out there most of the day. She loves playing fetch. She is pretty well crate-trained - goes in with treats and stays all night without making messes. She is not yet house-broken. I'm happy to answer any other questions if you are interested in welcoming this precious girl into your life. I have food, toys, and a crate I'm happy to donate along with her.
