My story

This laid-back pit mix wandered in as a stray and promptly decided the shelter couch was his couch. Honestly? We respect it. Camper is the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere he goes — volunteers, staff, fellow dogs — he`s basically running for mayor and winning.Now here`s the deal: Camper needs FHO surgery on his back leg and is heartworm positive (no worries — it`s not contagious to people or other pets). The shelter is covering all of it to get him back to his best self.
