Meet Phoebe — a playful, affectionate girl with a big personality packed into one adorable package. This chatty little lady isn’t shy about letting you know when she wants attention, and she’ll happily “talk” your ear off until she gets the love she’s asking for.Phoebe is as sweet as she is spirited. She loves to play, chase, and explore, but her favorite moments are spent soaking up affection—especially chin scratches, which she absolutely adores. When she’s in the mood for cuddles (which is often), she’ll make sure you know it!If you’re looking for a fun, engaging companion who will keep you entertained and fill your home with both playfulness and affection, Phoebe might just be your perfect match.If you are interested in meeting Phoebe, the shelter is open Monday through Saturday, 11 am – 6 pm, Sunday 11 am-4 pm (Summer Hours).
