At West Valley Animal Rescue, we do things a bit differently. While many rescues take days to respond or never reply at all, we move fast. The application (link below) is the first step and helps us confirm that you and your household are a great fit. Once you submit it, text us right away. Dorothy is an absolutely gorgeous girl with the most unique coloring that turns heads everywhere she goes. Beyond her looks, she’s incredibly intelligent, attentive and deeply loyal to her people. She loves having a job to do, even if that just means being right by your side and involved in daily life. Dorothy is playful and energetic but also knows how to settle in and enjoy time with her family. She does wonderful with kids, gets along great with other dogs and is comfortable around cats too. With her quick mind and strong bond with her people, she thrives in a home that will include her in the fun and give her a sense of purpose. Dorothy is the kind of dog who will be both your adventure buddy and your devoted best friend. Dorothy’s adoption donation includes her age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, spay, microchip, collar, 30 days of complimentary pet insurance and a Fi Mini tracker with a 6 month membership. If approved, you’ll meet a volunteer or foster family at a local pet store we partner with or at a foster home for adoption. The address will be shared once your appointment is scheduled.
