My story

🍬🐾 Hey there, I’m Butterscotch! 🐾🍬I’m a 5-year-old champagne-colored Domestic Shorthair with a heart as sweet as my name. I came to the shelter as a stray, so my friends here don’t know much about my past. That means they aren’t sure how I do with other cats, dogs, children, or even if I’m litter box trained.What they do know is that I am an incredibly affectionate and curious boy! I love exploring my surroundings and then coming back for plenty of pets and attention. If you’re looking for a gentle companion who will happily keep you company and shower you with love, I might be your perfect match.My adoption fee is just $50 plus tax during the BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Clear the Shelters adoption event.Could you be the one to give me the forever home I’ve been dreaming of? 💛Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
