My story

Princess Tomboy here. As you know, we don’t get to pick our names and I am not a princess. Sure I’m petite and sweet with good manners but get me out there with the other dogs and I can hold my own with dogs twice my size. Speaking of that, I am in my Denver foster home with Tuuli, who is also available. She has become my best buddy. We would love to be together if that would be a possibility, but we also understand if it isn’t. You see I’m a confident little dog fully grown just over 20 pounds and Tuuli is closer to 45 pounds but for some reason she doesn’t understand how wonderful she is and she’s shy so she needs a confident buddy like me.  Ok, more about me; I’m a happy playful girl with good recall, walk well on leash, I take treats gently and share with the other dogs, and while there are no children in the home, I have met some and seem to be fine with them. I definitely need a yard and another playful companion. I’m a little spitfire, I play hard and crash hard. I sleep through the night on the bed (OK so I’m a little spoiled already). I haven’t had any issues in the house so far when people are gone. If you want to bring some joy and happiness into your home apply for me now!
