My story

🐾 Meet Homer 🐾At just 1 year old, Homer is a handsome tan and white neutered male with a goofy personality and so much love to give. This playful young pup was originally found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but what we do know is that he’s ready to start his next chapter with a family of his very own.Homer is energetic, fun-loving, and always ready for an adventure, but he’s also a snuggly sweetheart who enjoys soaking up attention from his people. He already knows some basic commands and is eager to continue learning. He’s currently working on his leash and harness manners, and with positive reinforcement training, consistency, and a few yummy treats, this smart boy should continue to make great progress.When meeting another dog at the shelter, Homer was playful and social. He has no known experience with cats, so any introductions should be done slowly and safely. As with any new pet, we recommend gradual introductions to new people, animals, and environments to help set him up for success.If you’re looking for a fun, lovable best friend who will keep you laughing and cuddling all in the same day, Homer might just be your perfect match💙
