My story

Sassy is a beautiful white and brown girl with a name that promises attitude, but right now, this sweet one-and-a-half-year-old cat is anything but sassy. Shelter life has been very hard on her, and she spends most of her days tucked away behind her bed, hiding where she feels safest. It’s heartbreaking to see such a gentle soul so frightened and unsure.What Sassy needs most is a quiet, loving forever home where she can finally feel secure and understand that she belongs. Beneath her timid exterior is a cat who simply wants comfort, patience, and kindness. With time and gentle love, we believe Sassy will slowly gain confidence and begin to show the personality that’s been hidden away by fear.Cats like Sassy may take a little longer to trust, but the bond you build with them is truly special. Watching a shy cat learn to feel safe, loved, and happy is one of the most rewarding experiences there is.She is also spayed and up to date on all her core vaccinations and monthly preventativesl.
