Ozzie

My story

This regal gentleman is Ozzie and he is looking for a forever home. Ozzie is a loving 2-year old male cat. He is neutered, healthy, up-to-date on shots, and microchipped. He is completely black with brown highlights. Ozzie is great with adults. Unfortunately, he hasn't been able to get along with my elderly cats despite slow introductions and patience. Because of this, I sadly need to rehome him as a last resort. Ozzie still has kitten energy. He loves to jump to high places and gets zoomies at night. He loves to chase his mouse and wand toys. He loves to be around people, and follow them around the house. He goes wild for Temptations lick treats, and is learning some skills with a clicker (he’s just a bit impatient for the treat rewards!) He has great litter box habits, and uses cardboard scratchers and a scratching post. He nips when he doesn’t like something. He doesn’t like to be picked up. That being said, Ozzie LOVES to cuddle on his own terms, which is very frequently! He will climb on my lap almost anytime I’m sitting on my bed. He sleeps with me every night, and cuddles up several times a night. He gives hugs and curls up with his head under my chin! He just has a secret timer, and when cuddle time is done, he’s gotta go…but he’ll be back soon! I know that with the right home Ozzie will thrive.
